Dating can be exciting, surprising, scary, and rewarding. Whether you are just starting to date, trying to break negative relationship patterns, beginning again after the loss of a loved one, or are well into the dating process, this workshop will help you gain confidence and listen to your head, heart, and intuition in order to make wise decisions.

A loving relationship is a dance of “I,” “You,” and “Us,” where it is important to honor yourself, be emotionally generous with another, and stay grounded in reality even as you experience that first hormone rush. This workshop will explore

• How to maintain your integrity without bargaining, conning, or lies
• The false beliefs that sometimes sabotage your best efforts (I’m unworthy, unlovable, damaged, too old, too fat, too smart, too lazy, no one’s good enough for me, etc.)
• The interpretations and expectations you bring to yourself and others that cloud your vision and create confusion
• The red flags of dating.

This program is fun, deep, active, and offers lots of practical experience through lectures, exercises, role plays, and open dialogue.
